This pulp is distributed ready for use and can be used in the preparation of vogurt, sauces, ice creams, desserts, jams, drinks, among others agreement to the formulations established; for the preparation of beverages, a dilution is recommended of a part of pulp for 2 or 3 parts of milk and sugar, according to consumer requirement.

ELABORATION PROCESS
The pulp is extracted complying with good manufacturing practices.
(BPM), sterilized and stored at room temperature. The treatment
temperature to which it is subjected guarantees the safety of the product,
protecting its organoleptic and nutritional characteristics. All Operations are carried out under high quality standards, complying with current legislation.

HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION
The product is transported and stored temperature environment, once opened it must be consumed in the shortest possible time. HE Gene avoid the storage with products that smell THEIR organoleptic characteristics or that they can cause a cross contamination. Avoid hitting or mistreating the Packaging material, which is what protects and maintains the quality of the product. The product should be kept away from direct exposure to sunlight.
